King University names Davison to serve as the Vice President for Advancement

After a national search, King University has selected Brent E. Davison to serve as the Vice President for Advancement. Mr. Davison brings to the university more than 16 years of successful experience in higher education advancement.

He has served in leadership roles in advancement at four institutions of higher learning: University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine, the University of North Texas, and Kansas State University. His career also includes progressive leadership and managerial experience in the insurance and investments industry, for which he received numerous recognitions and awards for outstanding achievement in personal sales and agency production.

He graduated with honors from Southwest Baptist University, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with minors in accounting and economics.
