Young Harris College Appoints Owen as the new Vice President for Advancement

After a national search, Young Harris College has appointed James P. Owen III to the chief fundraising position of Vice President for Advancement. Owen brings more than 20 years of successful experience in both the profit and nonprofit sectors.

Prior to entering into higher education, Owen worked for 11 years in real estate marketing and management. For four years, he was the Broker and Owner of The Colony Company, a real estate company on the gulf coast of Alabama.
