The University of Alabama Appoints Riley as Senior Director of Development for the Culverhouse College of Business
Brett Riley has been named Senior Director of Development for Culverhouse College of Business at The University of Alabama. He brings nearly a decade of fundraising experience to the leadership role.
This fundraising appointment returns Mr. Riley to the University of Alabama after almost two years as Senior Director of Development and Team Lead for the College of Arts and Sciences at Oklahoma State University Foundation. Previously at The University of Alabama, he served more than three years as Director of Development for the Central Development Office and as Major Gift Officer for over a year for the College of Continuing Studies.
He began his career in higher education in 2008 at his alma mater, Western Kentucky University, as Assistant Director of Football Operations and Graduate Assistant. After nearly two years, he became the Assistant Director of Annual Giving before joining UA in 2013.
Mr. Riley holds a Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science degree in Recreation and Sport Administration from Western Kentucky University.
