Piedmont College selects Waller to serve as Dean of Walker School of Business

Kerry Waller, PhD, has been selected to serve as the Dean of the Harry W. Walker School of Business at Piedmont College. He has been a member of the business faculty at Piedmont since 2011. Currently serving as Associate Dean and Associate Professor of Economics in the business school, he joined the faculty as an assistant professor.

Dr. Waller also has taught at the University of South Carolina Upstate and his undergraduate alma mater, Dickinson College in Pennsylvania. At Piedmont, Kerry teaches courses in Economics and Finance. His research interests include sports economics, public choice, and financial economics.

Dr. Waller received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Dickinson College. After working as a technology specialist, first at Chubb Insurance and then at Blackbaud, he entered graduate school. He holds a PhD in Economics from Clemson University in South Carolina.
