University of Alabama Concludes Search with Appointment of Vance Bristow

After a national search, the University of Alabama has named Dr. W. Vance Bristow the Assistant Vice President for Planned Giving. He brings more than 14 years of planned giving leadership experience to the positon.

Since 2001, Dr. Bristow has been the Director of Planned Giving at Mississippi State University Foundation. Previously, he served seven years as Community Bank President for Regions Bank in West Point, Miss. He also held leadership roles in three banks in Texas between 1987 and 1994.

Along with a BBA and a MBA degree, he holds a Ph.D. from Mississippi State University.
