William Aultman

William Aultman joined Myers McRae as Associate Vice President of Marketing and Research in 2022. He has an extensive background in marketing, social media, and publications.

Prior to Joining Myers McRae, Mr. Aultman served as Center Coordinator for the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Mercer University where he coordinated annual symposia and lecture series for the Spencer B. King Center for Southern Studies and the McDonald Center for Americas Founding Principles. In addition, he also provided administrative and fiscal support to the departments of History, Communications, Political Science, and Sociology. 

Earlier in his career, Mr. Aultman was the Director of Collections and Programs for the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation at the Hay House Museum, a National Historic Landmark in Macon, GA. During his tenure with the Georgia Trust, he advanced across multiple roles in museum management and curatorship, program and exhibit development, public relations, marketing, fundraising, and event management. In addition, he researched and composed a series of historical articles quarterly for Macon Magazine. Mr. Aultman is a recipient of the B.J. Cain Top of the Line Award for excellence in tourism from Visit Macon.

Native to Upstate New York, Mr. Aultman moved to Georgia to be closer to family and to attend Mercer University, where he received a B.A. degree in History. He is also a graduate of the Victorian Society in America's London Summer School.
