Luke McBrayer joined Myers McRae as Coordinator of Information Technology in 2018. His responsibilities include working with the firm’s computer technology and maintaining the extensive database.
Currently studying Engineering at Mercer University, Mr. McBrayer participates in the Engineering Honors Program. He is a Mercer Presidential Scholar, one of the university’s most competitive scholarship awards.
The Alabama native attended Vestavia Hills High School, where he earned an Alabama Advanced High School Diploma. During high school, he was tapped for membership in Mu Alpha Theta, the mathematics honor society; Rho Kappa, the social studies honor society; and the National Honors Society. A member of the Spanish Honors Society, he earned the Seal of Biliteracy for English and Spanish.
An avid musician, he is a member of the Mercer University Jazz Band. While in high school, he served as a Band Field Captain and the Trombone Section Leader and was a member of the school’s Wind Symphony and Jazz Band.
Within his community, he has been active in the youth group of Vestavia Hills Baptist Church and has interned at the M-Power Community Garden.
